dry roth

I just had the best time reading about a hundred or so people ripping into Eli Roth on RottenTomatoes.com

I hate this guy. I'd say that "talentless hack" describes him very well. I don't understand why people are hailing him as this horror-directing prodigy. His films are predictable and based on nothing but gore and nudity, and if you read his write-up on RT about "best horror-movies you've never seen," you'll realize that he is nothing but an immature, uncreative slob of a director who couldn't write a scary plot if his miserable life depended on it. News for you Eli, just because people are grossed out and disturbed by your movie does not mean you're a good director, it just means you're a sick, twisted person who plays off of cheap exploitation and shock factor. Watch Halloween and you'll understand a "scary" movie. And at least in Clive Barker's Hellraiser films the gore is backed by and used to further drive a powerful, engrossing plot. Dear Eli, you are uncreative, your movies suck and you are a worthless director. You suck compared to just about every other horror director and you should just go back to playing beer-pong and watching Friday The 13th marathons like you did in college.
